Julie Cook brings nearly 20 years of mortgage experience to Gateway Capital Mortgage, along with a strong foundation in banking. Originally from Buffalo, NY, she’s been based in Tampa Bay since 1998 and has built her career helping clients navigate home financing with clarity and confidence.

Julie works with all types of borrowers—from first-time buyers to seasoned investors—focusing on a smooth, well-structured process from start to finish. Her goal is simple: make everything feel easier, more transparent, and fully guided.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys time with family and friends, the beach, and catching a Florida sunset. A true Buffalo native at heart—Go Bills and Go Sabres!
